Description:Zoho Books provides basic accounting features for small or mid-sized businesses. The software is very easy to use and automates several functions like invoicing and receiving payments. Pricing is also competitive, and all of the financial data is backed up on a regular basis and stored in a secure data center. Zoho Books isn't yet supported on mobile devices, but this may change in the future. |

| We are, I'm pleased to say, busy. We scan thousands of photos, slides and negatives each week not to mention the CDs we rip on behalf of our clients. It's full time, we dont have time to do other things but of course we do need to get paid. Oh, Im not an accountant either. So I started with Zoho Invoice. It's online (so they take care of software updates, data file backups etc) and in a few seconds I can create an invoice then email it to clients. Then I wanted to have a better idea of where we stood in terms of profit and loss, not just money in. I trawled the alternatives and decided Zoho Books (which takes care of money in and money out) was the obvious solution. I havent been disappointed. Clients love it - many of our clients are private individuals with PayPal accounts. Just click on the link in the covering email to make payment. I've set up Zoho Books to automatically acknowledge payments and ask for feedback on our service. Support? Hard to say, since I've been with Zoho I think I've asked three questions which were promptly, politely and correctly answered. Customization? I added our logo, changed a few lines in the default text and ended up with a simple setup were very happy with. I don't feel I need anything more. The features I use the most are the standard reports showing which parts of our services portfolio generate most revenue, and where our costs are incurred. The non-payment reminders are simple to use, so I regularly remind people, it works. Online training is simple, having used the Invoice system its straightforward. I love Zoho Books and would recommend it to anyone. |

Were an Online Branding firm that helps small businesses grow and we dont have much time for accounting, invoicing, reporting, etc. Why we love Zoho Books Automation: We absolutely love the automation, it automatically invoices our monthly clients. Along with this it sends reminders if payments are not processed via Paypal within our given timeline. Integration: -Zoho Books integrates with Zoho CRM and imports all contact information. This saves us countless hours manually inputting every client. -The system automatically integrates with Google Pay, Paypal, and Authorize.net for invoicing purposes. Reporting -Very easy to understand reporting, and detailed. Billing: -Very easy and detailed for "Money Out" purposes. Room for Growth - Telephone Support is awful, their representatives are more focused on getting you off the phone. - The system does not hold balances on accounts (If a client overpays you must invoice it immediately) - No Admin, user security features (employee has full access to all Zoho book features) |
