| Quick, easy, and efficient. I could name a whole list of adjectives to describe Wave Accounting, but I'll be brief. Wave Accounting is the solution for small businesses who cannot afford the cost of accounting software filled with features they'll never use. Wave Accounting is straight forward and easy for anyone to manage. I love how one can separate transactions between a business or personal account. Wave Accounting has enough useful reports for the average business owner. It is great to use when talking to an accountant and it also sets up a list of accounts based on the type of business one has. Overall, Wave Accounting is a great tool for a small business owner, who is looking at the bottom line. |

| I love Wave Accounting as I looked into several "free" accounting services as well as paid and found Wave to have the most bang.. One of the cool features is being able to have your personal and business right there and being able to reconcile from both. If you have something in personal that was to be in the business account, no problem..sometimes the system itself will recognize and suggest that you move the item to the correct account. The only problem I have is it not letting me create a plain receipt as if someone paid cash. Doing the invoice then having to back and apply is a little bit of double work but over all this is a great system and it's FREE! |

| With Wave Accounting, the set up process was very easy but you have to know how to customize the software. The software is very limited Thus far, I do not enjoy using it. |

| Wave Accounting is a FREE online accounting application specifically designed for small businesses who are either sole proprietors, or have less than 7 employees and are in the early stages of their business. It was easy to setup, their online help is exceptional and they use non-accounting terms, which for most new entrepreneurs is a god-send. They also provide great customer support and are a very upbeat and enthusiastic bunch of people. You are able to create your own invoices using their templates, integrate your bank account and/or credit card with the application and have all this done very easily in a short space of time. You have options as well, for example you don't need to integrate with your bank account, if you prefer not to, you can just download and import into the system. The main feature about this application is that you have very little data entry, the system does most of it for you by automating data entry form the bank account and then you allocate each transaction to the appropriate account, e.g. telephone, bank charges, etc. You are also able to take figures from a prior accounting system and enter into the program as starting numbers and from then on use Wave to process your activity. At the beginning of February, 2012 Wave Payroll was launched. It can be used as a stand alone payroll application as well as being integrated into your existing Wave Accounting setup. IThere is a cost and it is $3.00 per employee per payroll. This includes T4s and ROEs. This is a work in progress and additional feature will be added in the future. At the moment it is only for Canadian payroll, but US payroll is coming very soon. If you want you can also give access to your file to an accountant or bookkeeper. This is multi-user as both parties can be online at the same time. As a bookkeeper, if you have been given access to a number of clients, all of their names will appear on your profile when you log in to your account - one time login is a great feature from that point of view. Wave Accounting also has Wave Pro Network - a network of bookkeepers and accountants who are familiar with the system and can provide assistance to users if they need more complex assistance. There will be an online director coming in the near future. |

| Wave Accounting is a simple bookkeeping application that integrates with a wide range of online checking and credit card accounts. It automatically pulls in your checking, savings and credit card transactions to allow you to categorize the information. Wave includes basic A/P and A/R functions and also integrates with Freshbooks. Wave is full double entry bookkeeping system that will allow you to prepare standard balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flow statements. Plus the price can't be beat, it's free. |
