| It is easy to switch to JIRA as most of the data from previous tools could be migrated over. JIRA training was just OK. I didn't attend the whole training but I was taught by colleagues who attended the JIRA training. I think the exposure should geared more towards customizing the JIRA interaction. The customization training that took place was not thorough. There is no way to take off that 'JIRA-look' and make it much simpler. Customizing JIRA won't result in it breaking but it takes patience.
