| After just a few days, Cloud 9 installed their software into our instance of Salesforce.com and we were immediately afforded a tremendous amount of functionality, intelligence and analytic capability. We were able to measure velocity and progression in our pipeline, show movement and historical trending in every business process which we currently run through our instance of Salesforce.com... We've had an excellent relationship withe sales and executive teams from the very beginning and we continue work closely with them, showing interest in their product and the ways it continues to solve complex business problems. Cloud 9 for Excel creates an easy to use, up to the minute accurate, data warehouse consisting of all the data found within our CRM system. In the absence of an adequate enterprise data warehouse, this feature is invaluable. In addition to that you can add any field or factor with ease by simply adding or removing it from Salesforce.com. | |

| We've been using Cloud9 for 3+ years. The integration to SFDC was seamless...we had Cloud9 up and running within a couple of days. Our sales team was trained and we were up and running within a few days. The product was very intuative...and the most recent enhancements (bookmarks) make it even better. We have a very lean support staff and the overall design of the application lends itself to rapid deployment with minimum support. On the few occasions when we did call Cloud9 support...we were very happy with prompt answers. | |

| the company has been very helpful in customizing to fit our business needs. we don't use their primary tool (pipeline accelerator) necessarily but we use their database tools (Query Tool). | |

| Implementation was smooth - the team gave us very clear steps on the information they needed to capture the data we needed to produce the reports that we were looking for. Training went well - actually had 2 trainings since we started with Cloud9 v1 and have migrated for rollout to the Cloud9 v2.1 release. The customization capabilities for the tool are phenomenal - it can take a bit longer for set up to get everything running the way you want to look at it - but the team is great and the final product and the information the tool can deliver is well worth the process. What I use most is the pipeline waterfall graphs - since our instance of Salesforce is very customized the way our business model runs - Cloud 9 make it very easy to see the changes in our various regions as to why we are or are not projected to reach our target for the year. | |
