Description:ZohoCRM is a good choice for small businesses that need an affordable lead management solution. The starting price is very low, and you can add features for an extra fee. ZohoCRM is also fairly easy to use and doesn't take very long to set up. It offers24 hour phone support for paid users. |

| We wanted an app that was cheap and simple to manage customer relations and email marketing. We selected Zoho CRM. We use it to keep track of our contacts. They receive a quarterly newsletter. We can only mail 250 every day which is inconvenient since our list is 1,500 and growing quickly. You have to remember where you left off emailing the previous day. No HTML email templates are provided. We had to import code from free MailChimp templates but then couldn't edit them because Zoho was not up to date with supporting the Firefox or Chrome browsers. Zoho has since fixed this after days of mind-numbing interaction with customer support in India. To keep us as a customer Zoho gave us a free email blast to our entire list of contacts. We also use Zoho CRM to manage converting leads into customers. It's good to have that yellow graphic sales funnel staring us in the face every day. But it is clunky to convert a contact record into a potential record. Seems Zoho assumes you convert potentials into contacts. For $24 per month, for two seats, we get what we pay for. Which isn't much. But it's better than nothing. I wish we would have known about Comparz before making our selection. We might have found a better option. Comparz is incredibly useful - the best options and reviews in one place. |

| I implement Zoho for small and medium business and I use it myself. It has the features that I need for my business, to support all of my Customer and Constituency communication needs. That includes custom templates for emailing, easy grouping and classification, a complete email history, in and out related to every contact and easy contact with Mailchimp with full sync when I need to do a larger scale or more complex mailing. Easy sync with Outlook as well. For a small to medium-sized business this is a great and inexpensive system with everything you need to be productive. I just customized a small business renting vacation properties. Quotes, inquiry handling, booking, billing. Add in the ability to communicate using mass-personalized email programs with past clients and inquirers for focused marketing. It's taken less than two days to be ready for business. You can do it yourself, or you can get professional help if you don't have the time or skills. |

| I have used Zoho for a few months. I think overall it's a good platform for small businesses but it still is a bit confusing. The pipeline tools are a bit redundant, what is a lead vs a potential? Also, when I log in it doesn't take me directly to my dashboard, it takes me to a main page and then I have to guess where to click to find my CRM. Also, the training videos are not very helpful. I would recommend they run a once a month beginner class to get people up to speed faster. |

| Pretty good user interface for keeping tabs on your contacts and leads. If you don't know how to use HTML email templates, then you have to learn how to use the templates to utilize Zoho email marketing. | |

| We switched to Zoho CRM from Salesforce due to cost, Zoho CRM being cheaper. The switch over was more difficult than it should have been. We were told to export an excel spreadsheet to transfer over from one to the other and we ended up having triplicates of each item in Zoho CRM. Periodically we've had issues with the performance and website timing out or other misc issues with no real resolve from Zoho CRM. |
