Imagine Salesforce CRM if it was designed for use small business-- and created by the masters of simplicity, Apple. This web-based software is intuitive and gorgeous, with high usability and is very easy to implement.

Pipedrive is great for sales people to manage their sale process-- but we actually use it for a variety of things. It's completely integrated into Google email and calendaring and can be learned within an hour. Super responsive developers too-- out of Estonia, but with a US-based phone number.

Pipedrive: Flexible CRM for managing much more than Sales

Pipedrive is a CRM-like application that is outstanding for managing any sort of "pipeline-like" process. Setup is very quick, and use is highly visual - you simply drag and drop deals as they move through your pipeline.

I use Pipedrive for two unusual "CRM" processes - managing investor relationships, and managing recruiting. Unlike most of the CRM's I've tried, this one actually helps me get things done, rather than forcing me to do lots of data entry.
