Description:Lyris is a higher end email marketing platform that has a rich set of product features. Due to its complexity, it may not be best for the novice email marketer, but can provide deep functionality for companies with larger email lists. This deep functionality also works well for companies that wish to do a great deal of list segmentation, A/B testing and behavioral targeting and analysis. |

| Lyris provides you with instructions for setup, but you are pretty much on your own. Customer support was very limited. For most requests they told me we would have to pay extra. For training they just point you in the direction of a database full of articles and expect you to figure things out on your own. The worst part is the poor deliverability of the emails. Also their system is very poorly integrated. You have to open and work in two different systems to send out an email campaign. |

| I've used Lyris actively for 1 year and have been very pleased with the software. Training was a little difficult to come by but once received it was very helpful. Having an HTML coder and designer on staff made the usability factor increase significantly but the software can be used without those as well. The reports, statistics, and list segmentation were by far the best tools and made the entire software well worth the cost. |
