| Mad Mimi is been great at what they do. Easy to set up and use, beautiful emails that are fairly customizable in their look and feel. I had questions about getting expanded Theme options and their customer service was friendly and prompt. They definitely care. What drew me to the app was another band using it - I loved getting their emails because of the header pictures. I am currently shopping around, considering using the Reverbnation mass mailing tool, because I want more analytics than just click throughs. I also want better database management functionality with easy segmentation tools. | |

| Mad Mimi is probably the best service I have ever used for ANYTHING! Let me start by saying I looked at a number of services including Constant Contact and Mail Chimp and Mad Mimi was so much easier to use and set up. Any one can do it. The uploading of existing contacts is so easy ... it takes one second. And organizing them into groups couldn't be simpler. To build your email templates is also super easy. But when I started using Mad Mimi I wanted a few additions or Customizations that they didn't have. Anytime I would email them I would get a response in minutes... even at 10 at night! And they would make adaptions to help me. They are wonderful!! I can't say enough good things about Mad Mimi and I would recommend them to everyone. (Unfortunately my competitor who copies everything we do has now copied using them! Dang nab it.) There is no reason to go anywhere else than Mad Mimi! | |

| Mad Mimi doesn't quite have the features of an enterprise corporation solution, but it's absolutely perfect for a small business or organization. Designing new templates is a breeze, and I've always found their customer support to be exemplary. Mad Mimi's quick and easy ability to transfer the email from HTML to text format and customize the sender is also an added bonus. There are transaction and drip email features, but I certainly wouldn't use this in place of Amazon SES or Strongmail if you have the resources to implement one of those more advanced solutions. But for simple marketing newsletters, it's tough to beat the value and basic features of Mimi. |
