| Mad Mimi is been great at what they do. Easy to set up and use, beautiful emails that are fairly customizable in their look and feel. I had questions about getting expanded Theme options and their customer service was friendly and prompt. They definitely care. What drew me to the app was another band using it - I loved getting their emails because of the header pictures. I am currently shopping around, considering using the Reverbnation mass mailing tool, because I want more analytics than just click throughs. I also want better database management functionality with easy segmentation tools.
