| Setup process: Intensive since we had to make data compatible for migration into SAP By Design, but had very good support from SAP Training - Yes there was Customization - could be better-I understand the next version does allow more customization of forms. We had to make certain organizational changes to fit our requirements-which was possible since we are small and flexible. Maybe harder for a larger entity additional sources:None except a manager for housekeeping and support standalone Integration: currently none-may integrate with LIMS in the future Features we use: CRM, SCM, SRM, Finance extensively, not so much the HR module Satisified: yes, except for certain security concerns and lack of flexibility of certain modules |
