| We use the entire ERP package which includes, CRM, Support, Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance and Acctg (the only module we don't use is Payroll). Setup was done with a 3rd party and we asked this vendor to leave due to lack of experience. We then went with another NS partner and were satisfied with them. Support is hit or miss based on the tech we get when calling in (we have Gold 24/7 support). Acctg. support is decent if its a normal request but customization requests can lead to long turn-around times. We have done a substantial set of customizations for our instance to support our business and thus the installation is much more complicated than most NS users. We have 2 outside resources that help us with customizations and we now do many of them ourselves. Integrations include hooks to our external License Engine (Via web service calls), Hooks to Avalara to handle sales tax updates for estore/extranet purchases, hooks to Eloqua for advanced marketing automation, hooks to Inquira to handle all of our Knowledge base requirements, Hooks to Cornerstone Learning (a Learning management tool for online training), and hooks to Syntellect a Call Interaction Management tool for routing of cases/calls/leads to customer care and sales reps. We transact nearly 40,000 sales orders per month and have about 2.5 M customer records. We handle about 600 Support cases daily and about 400 new leads a month. |

| So far quite disappointed with Netsuite ERP. We were promised an easy implementation within 2 months, which is now turning into a 6 month project. Mostly due to Netsuite's lack of resources. | |

| Netsuite is a functionally rich application which can operate 'out-of-the-box' or be customized to meet specific needs. The setup process was straightforward and this was greatly aided by the use of cloud computing (no servers to set-up, configure, reconfigure, and reconfigure again). Training and consulting assistance are needed and the quality of this is dependent on the consulting firm one engages with. All the standard back office tools are utilized. |

| The setup of NetSuite can move very quickly and be relatively painless if you use most of the out of the box functionality. Customization is very powerful, but you need to find a strong partner to do such an implementation |

NetSuite: Good backbone, problematic data access and reporting |

| We chose NetSuite in 2007, and migrated from a Quicken-like, low-end accounting package. NetSuite did the data migration for us, and earned maybe a 1.5 out of 10 for the cost/benefit of their work. In retrospect, I could have saved MANY thousands of dollars plus had a cleaner result if I had done it myself. But what's done is done. NetSuite has proved to be a stable, accessible, useable, and fairly well integrated product for us. Aside from a few minor user interface issues, our main ongoing problem is the limitations imposed on accessing our data. To give an example, if you want a single report or search that can give you details on a customer, a transaction, and the purchase order related to that transaction, you are out of luck. We regularly export multiple searches and combine them all in Microsoft Access to get the reports we need. Ive spoken with NetSuite on numerous occasions about their issue, and the best they can offer is to try to sell me a database add on to my current subscription. I object. We had phone support at first, but found it overpriced. The support staff were earnest and tried hard to be helpful, but in many cases knew less then we did. In fairness, they also solved several problems quite efficiently, so it was a mixed bag on tech support. Nevertheless, even though its not as straightforward as it should be, the basic package is good and the interconnectivity between customer data, transactions, support cases, and vendors is pretty good. I would buy it again, but I wouldn't pay NetSuite to migrate my data. |
