Optify is a flexible suite of tools that combines search engine optimization with social media marketing and lead management. The software is very easy to set up and has all standard marketing features. The company also prides itself on its stellar phone and email support. The product is still evolving, however, and doesn't have some features of its competitors, such as a built-in content management system.

Optify as a Daily Process in our Company

Optify is used daily in our Company to review our web traffic and leads. We have integrated Optify with Salesforce so the information is right in our CRM. Our Sales Team receives daily alerts and Management receives a weekly overview for specific product features. When we drop a Press Release, do campaigns or mailings we add these in and track the results of this as well.

Optify has excellent Customer Service and they have personally visited us to help train our Sales Team on what they should be using and what benefits them most. They helped us with our integration into Salesforce and check in with us often to see if we have questions and to review anything we may want to go over.

We haven't utilized the Optify dashboard function in great detail so that is still an area we should explore however having the leads alerted immediately that gives us the details on the page views, how long they spent there, if the user viewed a demo or recording and if they are a repeat user is all very helpful information for Sales when they are making follow up calls and emails.

The setup process was seamless, and the level of technical support was outstanding along the way. I have always been afforded as much support as was necessary. I initially needed minimal support from my development team. They have recently upgraded the application to include a 1-click option as a way to devert the use of a dev team. I use all the SEO related areas of Optify, particularly the pages, dashboard and reporting area.

Setup process is very minimal. Requires scripts on your website along with some configuration of competitor, keyword, etc. within the system. Dons not take a rocket scientist though. Customer support is great - the whole team is VERY responsive to me and my questions. I dont have any customizations with the software. I mostly use Keyword tracking/trending, SEO optimization, competitor following, website lead generation components of the software. I also use the software to report KPIs for upper level mgmt.

We have been using Optify for 2 years now and are extremely happy. We use Optify to track our ranking across tens of thousands of keywords and also to manage our Twitter campaigns.

I have tried dozens of SEO tools and nothing compares to Optify. The reporting is fantastic and the interface is easy to figure out. The Twitter client is a great tool as well.
