| My experience with HipCricket was extremely positive. Their services allowed me to introduce mobile marketing solutions to many of our clients as well as applications allowing us to engage our viewers. The product & technology was innovative and new, but that didn't present any roadblocks for us as their staff was very user friendly, the training made the technology easy to understand, and they were quick to answer questions and offer solutions. | |

| due to budget constraints, we no longer use Hip Cricket. I consider Hip Cricket to be the gold standard in the industry when it comes to the mobile platform and the solutions they provide. Their training was first class and you get great support and response when needs arrise. We used them for text messaging exclusively. They didn't have all the cool features they have now a couple years ago when we were a client. | |

| They are hands down the best vendor partner we work with. Not just in mobile, but in comparison to every vendor we utilize. They are idea-driven and extremely easy to with with. They make mobile easy. Their customer support is around the clock-- and they provide incredible solutions for our clients. Hipcricket's user software is simple to use-- and updates in real time. Every Account Executive we've worked with at Hip Cricket has been well educated and helpful. We've worked with other mobile providers in the past and they pale in comparison to Hip Cricket. | |
