| I was a client of mobileStorm while leading eCommerce marketing for Qantas Airways North America. mobileStorm and Qantas worked in tandem allowing us to focus on database segmentation, strategy development in creating a 1:1 personalized experience, content and design while mobileStorm led the charge with great infrastructure, monitoring, improving deliverability and developing a strong sending reputation. I recommend them for higher volume companies who want to maintain control over their image and customer relationship and want experts to handle the implementation. | |

| We have used this service for over 8 years. We manage several lists ranging between 500 names up to 100,000 names. With larger lists you have to be very careful how you use them, and the way you layout the content, otherwise you risk getting red flagged by ISPs - This can render your list useless. The Mobilestorm team has provided us very good, detailed advice on how to build our emails so that we get the best delivery and open rates while keeping in compliance with ISPs. Service is great. Highly recommended. P.S. I have tried other services but they were not cost effective for our volume, and did not provide the level of service we needed. |
