| due to budget constraints, we no longer use Hip Cricket. I consider Hip Cricket to be the gold standard in the industry when it comes to the mobile platform and the solutions they provide. Their training was first class and you get great support and response when needs arrise. We used them for text messaging exclusively. They didn't have all the cool features they have now a couple years ago when we were a client.
