| One of the worst experiences with a company I have ever had. Their customer service is horrible. They got me with a cheaper rate but that doesn't last. They raise every couple of months and I had no change in my # of employees or services. I have been using them for just under a year and I have had 4 different specialists. They didn't pay enough to both states that I operate in and I had pay fees and penalties. They said it was my fault but wouldn't tell me why it was my fault. When you call them out on their mistakes they become very confrontational, including the managers. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get my billing corrected and find out why the states aren't being paid and reports not being filed, that it has probably cost me thousands of dollars.
