| I have been using LiquidPlanner since they first launched, perhaps five years ago. Their customer support is outstanding and they provide numerous online training videos. In addition over the years they have provide online demos and live training sessions. My work is predominantly with software implementations and over the past two years, those implementations have been of Salesforce. For me, the biggest strength of LiquidPlanner is the fact that it is web based and the accurate and extremely useful estimating it does. We have used document sharing the most and this feature ensures that we are all on the same page and looking at the same document without "versionitis" issues. Whilst it may not be the cheapest online project management tool, it certainly worth every penny. |
