It makes it easy to send information to job candidates through text messages. The price is fairly typical, and the customer service is highly regarded by its users. Macintosh support is somewhat limited, though the system can be made to work if you have sufficient technical knowledge. |

| Setup process was fairly simple and the trainer and customer support have been great to deal with overall. We have quite a few remote users and it seems to work well for them and takes burden off internal team to get questions on the system answered via Sendouts directly. We have not instituted any customizations as of yet but anticipate development of those in the coming year. Looking forward to increasing our productivity within the system with the customizations we foresee. Ultimately the recruiters love the search features and once we customize some reports for the AMs it will add even more functionality for that side of the house. |

| Sendouts provides a deep set of features that really cover any type of usability. For more advanced users, they will appreciate the automated workflow, advanced searching and matching, customizable UI, and the cool tools that are integrated with Sendouts. You can really make it do anything you like. For those that might not be as tech-savvy - they will appreciate the amazing parsing - which works better than any other system I have seen. The data recognition & extraction is close to perfect. The Outlook/email integration is also fantastic - very easy to use. Sendouts also provides support & training for beginners and more advanced users. Plus - if you have a technical support issue they are very easy to reach. For this price point I would say they are the best option, best ROI. |
