| Bullhorn has a good product but absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company in any industry my entire professional career. They do not communicate to customers when major features of their product are going to be changing or going away, and because of that we made business decisions that we may not have otherwise. Many of the Bullhorn employees we spoke to were not knowledgeable about our account, their product in general, or our concerns even after 4 phone calls discussing the same issue. One of our many issues was having them charge us for a 6K report that didn't work, and wanting to charge us an additional 4K so it could work. It took 4 phone calls before someone finally offered to fix it at no additional cost, and by that time we were so upset and disappointed with their customer service that we wanted a refund. They refused to offer any sort of compromise, or creative solution to make it right. Even when they make mistakes, it takes several emails or phone calls to get it resolved and they act like they are doing you a favor by fixing it! They automatically charged all our users for a search feature we didn't ask for, and when we asked them to cancel it and give us a refund since we never asked for that feature, they told us we would have had to cancel it sooner to get a refund. After many back and forths we were finally given a $3600 refund, but are still waiting for it 3 months later. Apparently because it was such a "large amount it had to go up to the Executive level for approval". It was an extremely disappointing experience on so many levels, I could go on and on. The bottom line is that I would be very surprised if this company continues to hold onto it's customer base and/or obtain any new customers after what is becoming of their reputation. We are looking into a new Applicant Tracking System and hear that many other current Bullhorn customers are as well
