It is one of the more affordable solutions and offers a choice between a monthly and yearly plan. Although GoToMyPC is a cross-platform tool, several of the advanced features are not available on the Mac. Customer support is well regarded and available 24/7. |

| I bought GoToMyPC so that I could circumvent the 10-12 minute login process I have when trying to access my work VPN environment from home. Like many of us, I work every night from home on my laptop, but have a desktop at work. What I've found is that GoToMyPC takes a good deal of time to login--several minutes. The screen resolution is also not great so this is ok for occasional, but not regular use. I'm not sure that I would renew the service. |

| I have used GoToMyPC for years. I found it when I was looking for a replacement of a tool I was not happy with. It has performed well for my needs. I connect to various stores and my home computer daily and I can count on it to work when I need it. Citrix also provides other tolls such as GoToMeeting and GoToAssist which I have used and like. I have set up GoToMyPc numerous times and it is easy and simple. I am customer support id good, but I have never needed to use it. If I would like any additional enhancements it would be to speed it up. The problem is you never know if it is your connection, computers or something at GoToMyPc. |

| Been using gotomypc pretty much every day for probably 10 years. It is probably too expensive, but I haven't shopped around for any alternatives. It is great to be able to get into my desktop from anywhere. The other web based mail clients are still not as good as outlook, and it is the only reliable way to work on spreadsheets without having to make a lot of copies and resave things. As long as the internet connection is ok, the product works great. |
