| It has both free and paid versions, so you can test it before purchase. Among all the remote viewing program, I find TeamViewer versatile and can be worked from any operating systems. You can control other computers and diagnose the problems quickly. I helped my friends and my family several times with this app, was able to work and fix their problems from far away. | |

| This software is simple to setup with fast functionality. Most attracting thing is that this a free software with multiple features. We can also print remotely with this software by using a VPN connection. Sending files by simple drag and dropping is the flexible option to send large files. | I have been using Teamviewer for 2 years now and very much satisfied with it. Now it is upgraded to version 7 and installed it on 6 computers for remote desktop support. I am using the free edition and it is very reliable and very much close to the paid version except that there are just a few ads for reminder to purchase or upgrade. As compared to other remote software it is fast and also complete with file transfer feature. I love this product and highly recommend it. | |

| This software is very easy to install and straight forward. The software allows you to have remote control over another PC or vise versa with a simple password. The install did not put any extra ad ware on my computer either which is great! | |
