| One of the common denominators that all Social Media managers can agree on is that none of us are ever "off the clock". The role of the Social Media manager is one that entails large amounts of time finding, and utilizing content for our clients. Once good content is found, there are numerous additional steps involved to appropriately distributing, and handling that content. Navigating through the process before finding Bundle Post meant lots of time away from family, and lots of time in front monitors and desk time. In January of this year I was introduced to Bundle Post by Julia Hull, an account manager for the company. I immediately saw the potential in this product and with the tutelage of CEO Robert Caruso Bundle Post has given me my life back while also being able to improve my ability to serve my clients. Used in tandem with Hootsuite I am able to manage numerous client accounts in a timely manner. Through the use of Google alerts, Bundle Post allows me to find quality content, schedule that content, and even add hashtag and follow Friday information. By utilizing the Social Content page I am able to maintain a file of good, quality content for future use on my clients Facebook, Twitter or LindkedIn accounts. The beauty of Bundle Post is that while there is still a human being managing those Social Media accounts, Bundle Post streamlines the back office tasks, giving me time to be away from the computer and with my family. For me the combination of Bundle Post and Hootsuite are a 1-2 punch that all Social Media managers should be utilizing. To sweeten the pot, Bundle Post offers excellent customer service, quick and efficient are the two words that come to mind for this user. The folks at Bundle Post clearly "get it" and understand the value of quality customer service. From the initial contact, they exceed expectations. |
